I'm giving a 3 star because of the response from Dr. Fadis nurse, Mayte! She does not return calls from the Harlingen or Brownsville office. She was supposed to schedule my dad's echo and never followed up. I had to call a VERY friendly nurse in Brownsville and had my dad's echo scheduled within 1 hour after talking to Victoria. She's great. The office staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating and wait time in Harlingen is Superb. But Mayte needs to be more attentive and responsive.
