This is honestly the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I am pregnant and having heart problems so my PCP referred me here. Complications with the baby caused me to need to reschedule my appointment, but I wasn't sure when I would be able to make one for. I called in and let them know I would need to reschedule once I knew when I was available and the woman said it was fine. Two days before the appointment I get a call to remind me, my mother answered and informed them that I had made the previous call and reminded them I couldn't come in. The day after the scheduled appointment I got a very rude phone call about why I no call no showed. I explained both previous calls and she scoffed and said well I don't know if we can see you anymore,then "transferred" me to reschedule the appointment, which resulted in someone answering the phone and hanging up. Now I am still having heart problems and have to go back to my PCP and get a new referral to a new doctor and wait for that appointment. I could've been seen this last week if they simply noted any of my calls.
