Dr. Rao was an exemplary doctor. He always set aside ample time so that he could better understand my situation. He was an excellent listener and we always talked until we found a solution we both agreed with. He came across as caring, kind and empathetic. He was greatly helpful in helping me achieve my health and medical goals.

He seems nice when I went to see him, but he never had me scheduled a follow up and has yet to get back to me about my results. It's been almost 2 months. When I tried to rescheduled with him, it was a 3-4 month wait.

Don't expect to hear back from this guy. It is like pulling teeth to try to get him to do the basic functions of his job. Currently self medicating my own dosage as a hypothyroid pregnant woman because I can't get a new script from him. Don't even bother with portal messages, he doesn't read them even thought Temple Health pushes the use of this portal system.

Dr. Rao is very slow at getting back and has given me the wrong test strips perscriptions a few times. He also has canceled my appointment with him a couple times to go on a vacation. When you call to reschedule an appointment it usually takes 3 months to get another appointment. Now I am stuck with the wrong test strips for my meter and am waiting to hear back from him to correct my prescription and give me the right one.
