My recent experience with Fadi Raheem Al-Qas Hanna was unfortunately disappointing. I brought my grandmother to this office to complete her immigration paperwork. My initial interactions with the front desk staff over the phone were consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. This created a negative first impression. Furthermore, the initial medical report provided by the doctor contained inaccuracies, requiring us to undergo the examination process a second time. This caused unnecessary delays and additional expense. While the pricing at this place may be attractive, the level of service and accuracy we received did not meet expectations. Potential clients should carefully consider these factors when choosing an immigration service provider.
