Dr Gupta is a very nice man went above an beyond with his care and information. However the office staff was rude. We been patients at St Vincent for about 7.5 years and everyone is always so cordial and friendly unfortunately not the same experience at his practice. The MA never introduced herself or even made eye contact trough the time she was in the room literally didn't even got to see her face all time she gave the back or side to me and my mom who is the patient. The registrar never great just ask for ID and insurance, verified name and told us just to seat. Had no idea who the patient was. I had worked in the medical field for 21 years and I understand specially in today's life how stressful the medical environment has become however we should never, ever forget the reason why we served. Patients are scare with multiple questions and circumstances that are new to them. A simple smile, please and thank you will make the process more confortable. People are loosing empathy. Overall Dr Gupta is a young cardiologist bright, very detail oriented very compassionate and will recommend him.
