Dr. Marks takes his time to explain procedures with kindness and compassion. He recently took care of my learning, disabled brother, and took the time to explain the process at a level that my brother could understand. He was patient, kind and went above and beyond. His demeanor shows that he really cares about his patients. The staff, Vennalyn RN and Diego RN took care of my brother after his procedure at resurrection hospital were amazing. They were very kind and took their time as if my brother was the only patient. Mirror imaging Dr. Marks disposition. As a Nurse for over 20 years I do not always see this exemplary care and compassion anymore. We are beyond pleased with Dr. Marks and his staff.
