I've been going to Dr. Najam since the end of 2019 mainly for my nursing school physicals and vaccinations. Since I've been going there, I've had no problems with the medical staff or Dr. Najam. Angie, the MA is very nice and understanding. But two weeks ago, I went in for a school physical and the front desk Diane told me my insurance got rejected so I couldn't get my physical done. This is the first time I've heard this so I was confused. She called my insurance and they told her my insurance has been expired since the end of 2019. So basically during each of my visits for physicals, labs, and vaccinations, this doctor's office has been charging me full prices without double checking my insurance to see if it was up to date or if it's covered. Diane handed me a $750 bill stating that I've been charged ever since my first appointment. Diane specifically stated "that's a huge bill, I'm not sure if you would want to keep your physical appointment for today". I don't know about you, but as a student going into the nursing profession, that statement was nothing but just rude and arrogant. I'm not the kind of person that likes confrontation, so I left. Just this morning Jan 29, 2021 I decided to give them a call and left them message to call me back. I never got a phone call back. Very terrible experience, not coming back here ever. Now I have this bill I need to take care of. I recommend you to find a new clinic that will actually show empathy towards their patients, especially during a time like this.

Dr. Najam is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Answered all of my questions in a reasonable time, would make time to actually talk with me, as a lot of doctors do not have the time to even hear half of your concerns or answer all of your questions immediately. Dr. Najam made plenty of time for the patient and would refill my prescription for me immediately as well. I am a 30 year old female nurse and would highly recommend Dr. Najam to any patient.

I don't want to give any starts. Completely irresponsible staff and irresponsible Doctor I have ever seen. My mom try to reach out to a doctor for the last 2 months and they keep rescheduling her appointment. She needs medicine refills but not ant single time we get a response back from any staff or Doctor. I try to call on behalf of my mom they never open. Always play tap that they closed even if I called during business hours. I never see this kind of service at any doctor's office. Please don't waste time seeing this doctor. I don't know how to give service for so many years.

Dr. Najam, has been my General Practioner for several years. I am a senior. She has given me the most compassionate, comprehensive and professional care I have ever had. If anyone feels they had a different experience, they should look inward. Dr. Najam has given me support when I faced cancer. She is logical, clear and resourceful. I am so grateful for her.

Dr. Najam is the most unprofessional doctor I have seen. I have seen her at most three times and she speaks to me as though she knows my life, insulted me by stating that I gained weight because I was older (I'm 38 years), unlike her she watches what she eats. This was on my first appointment. I gave her grace and came back a couple more times. Her attitude did not change. She has no tact or empathy, is short, and has no idea what vaccines they carry. The excuse is that their fridge is broken.
