I had an appointment with Dr Omar on a Monday. I called back the next day because I was unsure of what he told me. The lady who answered wanted to set me up with a tella confrence. I said I don't need a conference All I needed is the info from yesterdays visit. She then told me the nurse would call. They even have a phone prompt for the nurse which I called. Today I received a bill saying they charged my insurance company over 300 dollars for a five minute phone call. I was charged my office visit. So I called an asked why Im being charged to talk to a nurse about my meds. No reason but thats the way we do it. It was billed that way. I tried to explain what happen and they didn't want to hear it. That is why our insurance rates are going up. Its sad when you cant call your doctor about your meds without being charged an outrages price. Let alone being charged at all for a simple question. I will not go back to that Doctor. I want to find a doctor thats more about helping people and won't rob you blind for a simple phone call. I suggest others do the same.
