I recently just had a major surgery on the 13th and the lady that was there for me after i woke up god i wish i can remember her name she was truely amazing i had her twice for both my surgeries when i woke up in recovery she brought me muffins orange juice made sure i was really comfortable i gave her a big hug and thanked her very much for being there for both of my surgeries and caring for me the way she did this hospital will always be my go to ... now im just hoping my body will heal really fast from this hysterectomy it is been 10 days now but thank you so much bayfront for all your hard work and caring for patients with love

Based on the rude, unethical and unprofessional treatment received from the 2nd floor day shift staff, this hospital should be investigated and, perhaps, shut down. Came there as emergency room patient, diagnosed with pneumonia and sent to 2nd floor and requests for pain relief weren't refused by the nurse: they were just flat-out ignored. When I did finally become annoyed enough to get out of the bed and go to the nurses' station for help, I was mocked bybresident staff members and this nurse then told me to go back to the room and pain relief would be taken care of. BAut this person is a vindictive liar and no explanation was ever given and using the call control was ignored when IV bag developed air in the line and I waited nearly an hour before a couple of these dirty, bearded Residents on the staff ever brought any pain relief. My annoyance with this treatment became the issue, instead of the neglect and hostility I received from this subpar staff. You are a disgrace and you should be investigated. Low-caliber employees who do not hide their contempt for distraught patients should be fired immediately.

I've been seeing Dr Turner and Dr. Masvidal (ablations) for over 2 yrs after I started having arrhythmias. It took many tests and some trial-and-error, but we found I had 2 separate issues happening at the same time. Both drs, along with another non-heart specialist, have continued to work on ensuring to keep a balance between my meds. I am extremely sensitive to even small changes in meds, so I really appreciate their diligence and patience in trying to navigate to keep my guality of health and life optimized.

I've been seeing Dr. Masvidal for a few years and had 2 cardiac ablations done. Him and the entire nursing staff were very kind, gentle, and professional. Nicole was the best! They all made me feel taken care of and heard. Wonderful facility and great people.

I had to get a zio patch places on my chest, and everyone who worked there was wonderful. The secretary was so friendly and the nurse was amazing! I had Nurse Sonia and I loved her so much!! I would highly recommend going to see her if you ever need a halter monitor. She was so friendly and I just loved talking to her.
