I was a little leery to see this doctor due to the reviews that were written on Google but I went anyway. My advice...go see for yourself. I have been there three times now...twice for testing....and I have found nothing but a caring staff and doctor from the moment I walked in the door to the time I walked out. I also appreciated the fact that the doctor typed in his notes and his plan of action as we talked and I was handed a copy of it all when I checked out. It is easy for someone to misinterpret or misunderstand what a physician is saying but this all made it so clear. When being set up for testing, I felt like all the staff had their attention on me. The nurse who does the IV port could not have been nicer and every single staff member explained what they were doing and what to expect. I can do nothing but thank the staff and doctor for the wonderful, caring attitude.

This doctor treated me strange in the recent visitation. Lately I had a procedure at his center, he gave me follow up appointment when I went to see the doctor to hear about the results he was discussing with me how many times that I had changed other doctor's instead of discussing my test result. I would suggest this doctor should mind his own business instead of digging about other doctor's information, he should behave as a caring and responsible physician. He did not offer me my next appointment date which I feel much better off of this doctor.

Dr. Mulingtapang is a great doctor who listens and cares about his patients. He has help me with my health issues and I recently took my wife so that he can help her. We have many choices for doctors, I believe he is one of the best in his field and I will continue to trust him with my heart health needs. I strongly recommend him!!!

If I could give this review a zero I would. This office is so disorganized. My husband called ahead of time to inform the office that he is running low on his meds and if he could get a refill. The office informed him they would AND they would also schedule an appointment with him for a follow up. However the pharmacy called him and informed they couldn't refill it without him being seen first. He called the office again and they scheduled him to be seen. He goes for his appointment, signs in electronically and waits in the waiting room for an hour. When he approaches the front desk to ask when he's going to be seen, the person says they didn't realize that he was waiting and said they can't see him again until later in the day. He stated he already missed an hour of work to be seen at his SCHEDULED TIME and he can't take more time off for the day. They then said they can schedule him for 3 weeks out, but again won't refill his prescription until he is seen. If my husband dies due to a heart complications, I'm putting the blame on them!!!!! They clearly don't care about their patients and the office doesn't pay attention to what is going on around them. How is someone in the waiting for AN HOUR and you don't notice that? I use to work in a doctor's office and noticed who was there. If I called patient's that arrived after a certain individual, I would ask to see if they have an appointment or if they were waiting on someone.

One year ago I wrote a nice review for this office, I regret that review now that I have had more experience with this office I have come to realize this office is disorganized. The manager sent an incorrect order for my CT Scan and I had prepared for this scan early in the morning. I took off work and waited one hour for Tower to tell me that Dr Mulingtapang's office sent the wrong prescription for what I needed done. Actually, the manager of his office had to be called twice to get him to fax in the prescription which was still incorrect. Actually, he should have given me a written prescription before I left the office two weeks ago.This has been quite stressful for me. So now since it will be 2019 before I can have the CT, I no longer have met my deductible.They really don't care. I no longer feel that this office is competent to make sure I am taken care of properly. An incorrect scan could have been detrimental to my well being. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone using this office because of the careless posture of his employees. The only way this review would let me post a negative review of what happened to me was that I had to give it one star. It does not deserve a star at all.
