Don't try calling them. I've called several times to get my shot records. The first time they put me on hold and hung up. The second time they said a nurse would call be and they never did. Typical V.A. They don't care about their patient's. I'll have to try again tomorrow and hopefully get ahold of a competent person. That seems like a long shot at this point.
Keep on calling messages said I will get a phone call back but they don't call. Set up phone appointment in person. Doctor called at wrong time and I was on an important call and couldn't get off. Call back they don't answer leave messages they don't call back
