Patient
Meredith Bell is She has heart, She's deeply caring and truly listens. The device clinic associates are really nice too. Scheduling reps are awful. They present nicely in person but over the phone it's a whole different story. I had nothing but problems with CVAM and I think no matter how hard I tried to look at the bright side the ugly just kept coming out. Multiple procedures to fix their mistakes. Getting reassured that my pacemaker "was healing just fine" when it was sticking out of my chest and I couldn't feel my fingers. I haven't had any high or low heart rates since it's been out and I'm wondering if I even needed it in the first place or if it was just the medication they had me on that I specifically stated made me faint. I have yet to hear from Dr. panico after he removed my pacemaker, he never came in after surgery, never spoke to my husband to let him know I was okay, nothing. No follow up. I'm glad to be done with CVAM and don't recommend it.
