As a Tricare referral, appreciate the ease in which to schedule the appointment for a colonoscopy. No need for an office visit to schedule- everything done online and was able to schedule within a couple weeks of initial contact. The prep was much better than my last colonoscopy with another gastroenterologist which is why I was doing another colonoscopy only 2 years since the last. Shoutout to the medical staff at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center also (Jessica; Melissa B; Melissa M; Laura; Rebecca; and Dr. Osborne, the anesthesiologist) who all made me feel welcome and comfortable during the procedure. I appreciate Dr. Tsen taking the time to introduce himself prior to the procedure and speaking with my husband after rather than simply sending a report. This was my fourth colonoscopy, and my best experience so far (though BAMC docs are good also). I will certainly be visiting Dr. Tsen for my next one in 7 - 10 years!

I lived in Seguin 10 years ago... Dr. Then is an excellent Dr.... He did colonoscopy on me and found a polyps,took very good biopsies, didn't just snip this one polyp, he went the Xtra mile, he clipped extra, good thing he did, it was cancer but because he went the extra mile he completely removed the whole cancer.. followed up with surgery in San Antonio rectal surgeon said wow ur one lucky lady he got all the cancer.... GOOD JOB DR. TSEN, I NOW LIVE IN TEMPLE. U FOLKS WOULDNT WANT THE DRS. UP HERE.. THEY DONT CARE UP HERE... ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. THE CARE HERE AND THE ER HERE IS HORRIBLE .. I WISH I HAD MY DRS. IN SEGUIN... UR LUCKY FOLKS, THANK JEHOVAH GOD FOR THEM... NOW DR. TSENS STAFF WAS A BIT RUDE, SORRY DR. TSEN BUT THEY WERE... I MISS U SO MUCH

I was bringing my father here a few years ago.. staff and Dr were good to us. They found stage 4 cancer and unfortunately it was too late. My father didn't undergo treatment. He was not strong enough.
