Plenty of comfortable chairs in the waiting room. Julie (attending nurse) very pleasant & explained what she was going to do before starting any procedure. Dr R-G clearly explained the pros & cons of the two treatment procedures he recommended, then left it up to me to select which one to go with at this time.
