I love the office of Dr. Imsais and his staff. When I called to report I'd be late staff informed medical team. When I arrived they worked me in as soon as possible. The nurse assisted me getting onto exam table and when Dr. Imsais came in he took plenty of time with me and explained everything carefully. I'm so happy with the professionalism and warmth of this team.
Mrs Zuniga is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality care.
At Cardiovascular Specialists of Texas, located inside North St Davids Hospital, where I only have been having the best attention and care from Dr JOSEPH IMSAIS, and his staff, either being receptionists, nurses or technicians, they are all cause of a great experience. I am forever gratefully appreciated for such professional and resposible caring attitude from Dr Imsais and his staff.
The staff was great and I didn't have to wait long in the lobby. The assistant was very nice and helpful but she couldn't get the EKG machine to work so she switched out the leads. When they didn't help either she realized she forgot to turn it on. The doctor kept me waiting too long also. Other than that everything was good.
