I have a great deal of respect for Dr. O'Roark and found him to be very intelligent, knowledgeable and relatable. He spent the time, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I couldn't be happier with my visit today! He also has a very nice and compassionate office staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend!
From start to finish my experience was incredible. The staff is by far the most genuine I have ever came across. Setting up an appointment was really easy, especially since it's out of pocket. I'm not sure what expectations I had for getting an EKG, lol - but I'm glad I didn't have to get undressed to do it. Explaining my symptoms to Dr. O'Roark was liberating. At no point did I feel rushed or taken advantage of, unlike in most offices. I felt content and safe. The communication was appreciated by everyone. At no point did I feel forgotten while in the room if someone had stepped away. Going over the heart monitor, blood work and payments was also reassuring. I definitely walked out there feeling taken care of.
Great caring doctor who cares about you. He saw that a stress test was done incorrectly at another place and is taking care of me. Brooke is also very kind and caring. I highly recommend this office for your cardiologist needs.
These folks are fantastic. The provide healthcare without corporate greed as the driving force of all that they do. It is clear from the moment you speak to them, they are there to help YOU. Very refreshing to see that this level of care still exists in East Tennessee.
First time visiting Dr. O'Roark and I was extremely impressed. I've never seen a Dr invest as much time in researching and charting my test results and medical history as he had done. He went back over > 10 yrs of my medical history and spent over an hour with me asking questions and providing his recommendations. Other Drs I've struggled to get even 10 mins of their time. It's obvious Dr O'Roark enjoys what he does and cares for his patients. Highly recommend and well worth a visit
