My father was treated there this weekend. From the minute we walked in the care was top notch! I thought everyone we came in contact with was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! We especially liked the nurse Mai and the physician Dr. Proza (spelling?). They were kind caring and could not have treated my father better! Thank you all for providing excellent care!!
This establishment is nice and clean and very convenient to my house. I also had a great experience here. I took my daughter who was having lots of stomach pain on Saturday night. Now granted we were there around mid-night, we were in the door within 3 minutes of our arrival. And we were out in just under an hour. The main reason it took long was waiting on the results of her urine test and also the CT scan. So this facility is well equipped with modern technology. I've been to another ER center where this was not the case. The staff, nurse and Doctor onsite were all very friendly and explained everything to my daughter and I. The receptionist also answered all the questions I had. The ones she was unable to answer she said to check back. I will do an update of the price a little later.
more like Baylor Scott & White Useless Center. to whoever was working on labor day at 4AM, I hope you learn more efficient patient care. I came to this useless place with chest pain and shortness of breath, I was prepared to pay whatever the price was but just needed a range. & she couldn't even do that. Showed zero compassion, I've been sobbing from the discomfort and I know she could tell. Useless people, useless center. They only care about "are you going to pay" over the fact I was in distress with chest pains.
Like others have mentioned, doesn't matter if BSW is in network, the doctors are likely not. They bill separately, didn't notify me or anything, and Century Integrated Partners only notified me of any bill at the very last statement, no text, email, call, mail, nothing. Go to a different ER.
My employee cut his hand at work. I brought him here to get it stitched up. It took them 9 hours to stich him up. They prioritized everyone that came in after him. They all had less serious problems. The doctor was probably just being lazy and waiting for a shift change. All they could give us was crappy excuses.
