It seems obvious that this office is being run by a medical management company, which stacks appointments. The staff is rude and indifferent and the wait time past appointment time is ridiculous. The last two times I have seen Dr Palmer, that's all: I've SEEN him (for perhaps five minutes) but there has been no examination and no explanation of my status. Perhaps, given the ads on t.v. which include him in other practices, he simply hasn't time for his regular heart patients. I don't know that someone else will be better, but I'm looking for sure.

The first time I saw Dr Palmer I didn't like his bedside manner I thought his was down right a here but then when he finally had time to stop and pay attention he wasn't that bad. He does have way to many patients. When he works 3 clinics I can understand how he would become cranky at times. His PA Joe is always friendly and right on top of things. The front desk people have been down right rude maybe they had a bad day or maybe that's the way they are. But a little tender loving care would help. People stop and smell the roses the people that walk in to that place are there for their health they might be scared confused and they need some kind words.

Went to see Dr Palmer in 2012 to discuss the results of a medical test. The nurses that ran the test said that they had never seen someone have a positive result before. When I me with Dr Palmer, he said that the test wasn't really positive and that with the right tricks he could make anyone have a positive test. It wasn't until years later, when I met with Dr Kong (2018), that I was finally told what the positive on that test meant. I don't know why Dr Palmer chose to ignore my cardiac issue, but if you have a cardiac issue that is not your standard run of the mill cardiac issue, Dr Palmer will ignore it and hope nothing bad happens.

Dr. Palmer has been my doctor for 12 yrs. He is very professional and I am happy with his care he provides.
