Was referred to Dr Stagg by Primary care provider. They called me up and wanted to schedule me with Dr Okoli. I said no, the referral was for Dr Stagg. The lady on the phone became ubrupt and told me that I had to see Dr Okoli. I said no,I had a referral to Dr Stagg. She told me that I could not change and demanded to know why I would not see Dr Okoli. I told her that I did not have to and I had a referral for Dr Stagg. She informed me that the policy was that I could not change doctors. I let her know that if I could not see the doctor I wanted and was referred to, I could contact Medicare. She got mad and hung up on me.

I made a big mistake by assuming that simply because Dr Ho retired things would not remain as before. I apologize for the ridiculous rude behavior that I exhibited. G I ASSOCIATES lS THE VERY BEST RUN OFFICE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. EVERYONE TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, STARTING FROM THE MOST OUTGOING, FRIENDLY GENTLEMAN/RECETIONIST WITH OUTSTANDING ARTICULATION, ONE HEARS IN AUDIO BOOKS. ALWAYS READY TO GUIDE ME IN THE MOST APPROPRIATE DIRECTION. DUE TO AN UNDERLYING CONDITION, IT'S TAKEN YEARS TO FIND ANYTHING THAT STIMULATES MY SLUGGISH GI SYSTEM. DR MCCLELLAN TRIED SOMETHING NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER MENTIONED, & IT DID WONDERS FOR ME. TONYA OR PENNEY MAY HAVE PLAYED A BIG PART AS THEY ALL WORK CLOSE & HARMONIOUSLY TOGETHER. THANK YOU DR MCCLELLAN AGAIN , YOU FOUND THE ONE & ONLY SOLUTION & I'M NO LONGER MISERABLE AS I HAVE BEEN FOR MANY YEARS. MY SECOND ALTERNATIVE TO THE STANDARD PROCEDURE NORM IS NEGATIVE AGAIN. Everyone involved was curious as to why I was there, eventually we came to the conclusion my PCP was just making sure I was up to date with everything and everyone. "I am," and It was a pleasure meeting everyone at your office! They were courteous and thorough to say the least. A professional atmosphere.

He really takes the time to listen and doesn't let me leave until every one of my questions are answered. The front office staff were kind and compassionate also. Thank you all for a job well done. You are most appreciated!

Dr. McClellan and his staff are very nice. Sweet people. They treat you more like family than just a patient. Dr. McClellan takes the time to give you any diagnosis and any questions that you have. I highly recommend Dr. McCollum and his staff.
