Dr. Andre P. Desire, MD

Very pleased! After being ignored and neglected by the V.A. I managed to get a referral to Dr. Desire. He is an instantly likable gentleman and he's been working in this field for several decades. He actually did two procedures on me 8 days apart. During the 1st procedure he found something unexpected (a totally blocked vein) so he elected to not proceed until he could consult with a vascular surgeon to decide how to proceed. Ultimately they decided that the blocked vein was not a significant impairment and certainly not worth open heart surgery to correct. On the second trip in Dr. Desire placed three stints in my heart. This is the 4th day after the procedure and the 1st time since 2013 I have gone a full day without a single chest pain. I am most pleased!

My husband wad suffering from kidney failure and Dr Desire didn't catch it. It took another year and another Cardiologist to look at the same tests Dr Desire ran to find out what was wrong. I would never recommend him to anyone.

He started off calling me a liar. I have a heart condition. That led me to have a heart attack and subsequent bypass surgery 20 year ago. And every cardiologist since then. Has confirmed that that is the problem. Without even examining me he said I was lying. I wouldn't want him doing a catherization on me. He would probably kill me.

I found him to be very re-assuring and knowledgeable. He was recommended after my previous Cardiologist retired. Very happy with him and he's such a gentleman!

Dr Desire is a no nonsense service provider. He is very thorough in visits and provides excellent service.
