CareNow Urgent Care - White Settlement

Decent experience at checkin. They had some trouble pulling or connecting to my insurance. But no big deal there. The wait time after the Flu swab test for the results to be discussed: ~ 30-35 mins. So may be slightly long but it was not too bad. The doctor was pleasant and attentive. Will come back to this facility in future if needed.

I went here with 10/10 pain with an issue I have been dealing with for a couple of years. Other doctors kept brushing me off. This clinic listened, gave me scans, found the issue, and they were able to give me medication to keep me comfortable until I could get in to see a spine doctor that they referred me to. I can't thank them enough. Truly.

Walk in patient yes not feeling well at all! From start to finish Dr. Linzi Kramer and the entire staff were personable, professional and world class! I will be back just hope not soon (LOL) will share my experience with others as well! Happy Holidays White Settlement Team!

Front staff was extremely nice, but the doctor would not hear anything I was saying. Waited a hour to be seen even though I did the on line check in. Then the Dr. did a 1 minute assessment and asked a few questions and was done. She dismissed everything I was saying to her.

Waited an hour for a flu shot we were checked out of our "visit" without ever receiving our vaccine. When i asked the nurse about having been checked out with out getting our shot she was very rude. Super disappointing. It was a shot visit with the nurse. It should not have for any reason have taken this long.We ended up going to the Walmart across the freeway got our shots in under 10 min for both of us and it was free because they run it through insurance.
