Doctor Shalaby is great. We are from out of town and we're recommended to him from another doctor. His office team was able to get us in that day to avoid having to drive another 8 hours. They have been great at working with us to schedule appointments and tests on the same day.

Front staff were very nice and did awesome with scheduling appointments and answering my questions. Techs/nurses were also very nice and made the diagnostic testing easy and worry free. My only gripe about this place was the doctor. I had an echo and a stress test scheduled and was only able to get the echo done because the doctor left early that day. My initial sit down with the doctor, he asked me some questions, gave no consult, and just said I needed further diagnostic testing that could all be done that day, which was false and made it seem like he doesn't know whats going on, scheduling wise, in his practice. I reviewed my summary notes and there was information in there that wasn't given to me in person during the consult, stating he consulted me about certain things etc. All of which didn't happen. i left that initial meeting not having a clue of what could be wrong with me and I find out later in the summary notes. This ultimately led me to leaving this place and finding care elsewhere.
Response: I got multiple tests done here, starting with the consult that included an EKG and I got echo done here. Was also supposed to get the stress test done as well when I got my echo done and Dr. Shalaby left early. Don't lie just to save face. I did in fact come to this establishment multiple times.

Had a test at 11, drove 40 minutes speeding to make sure I got there by 11. Only one in there and at 11 20 I walked up to the counter and was like why am I waiting for a test do I need to reschedule , she checked and said would you like to come back at 145. Lmao why so I can wait some more . If you are not old and don't have a life think twice before going here, the dr is great but having to wait to have tests done is ridiculous.

Every Drs office should be this amazing!! The staff are friendly and make sure you know what is going on. And when you are needing heart help, you're scared! They made me feel listened to and they were there for me! Dr. Shalaby , I can't wait to see you in action!!!

Enjoy this office greatly - friendly and competent staff both up front and in back, and Dr. Shalaby has a wonderful bedside manner! He truly listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain things to you in ways that make sense, without being condescending. I think one of my favorite things about Dr. Shalaby is his ability to remember personal details about his patients - after finding out my daughter was diagnosed with cancer, he has asked about her at every appointment after and shared his own experiences being a parent of a young child with cancer. Things like this make the difference between a "regular" doctor and an exceptional one!
