Dr Jay Franklin is a board-certified physician, specializing in cardiovascular disease, with a subspecialty in clinical cardiac electrophysiology. His professional interests include ablation of atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and other arrhythmias; implantation of loop recorders, pacemakers, leadless pacemakers and extravascular and subcutaneous implantable defibrillators; lead extraction of implanted cardiovascular devices; left atrial appendage occlusion device implantation; and antiarrhythmic drug therapies. Dr Franklin is passionate about using the many tools and techniques available to help his adult patients with atrial fibrillation and alleviate their symptoms.
