We had an appointment scheduled for June 6th because we were in Louisiana visiting family until Memorial Day weekend. We received a call on Monday saying Dr George wanted to see me today. Long story short we were concerned about my test results since she had her staff call to move up my appointment. . We traveled 420 miles from south Louisiana to make a 3:00 appointment. Thankfully my test results were fine. She put a scare for me and my wife. We thought my stents had failed so we did not want to take a chance on something being wrong. Time and money wasted for this trip. She could have discussed this over the phone.

She was fine, but her office management team needs major improvement. I drove to an appointment that they neglected to tell me needed to be rescheduled. It's$5. a gallon. Waste of time and gas. They called me once on Monday, left a recording for call back, not for rescheduling, which is apparently against HIPPA, and did not call me again. My appointment was Friday. Shouldn't you have tried repeatedly to contact me? No text, no email, no hounding about appointment reschedule. Just an explanation of, they tried several times to reach me. No they didn't. Dr. Raymond Blair update me by text all the time. Splain yourself Lucy!
