I'm not aware of the whole team of Dr's here. However I want to make it known that Dr Johnson and his team are amazing. I am a very anxious person and have had a couple stays here and a very serious procedure. This whole staff that was with me was amazing. Very wonderful, understanding, patient and caring. I would probably drive over an hour just to keep Dr Johnson as my cardiologist. Thank you all for your wonderful staff.
Waited 10 weeks to hear from them. They did not use the phone number my dr gave them for my referral. They were calling a phone. Umber I had not used in years. I finally got ahold of them. They could schedule me Wednesday the following week or it would be 7months. I take off from work and travel an hour to get there. They had made the appointment in Temple by mistake, instead of Waco, which I had specified. They admitted it was their mistake. They said they used a call service. They offered to reschedule, but I couldn't ask for another day off. Also, if they messed up the initial appointment, I didn't trust them with my heart! Were they going to mix up my test results? Forget to tell me something important? I was so disappointed.
Dr. Le was suggested by my family doctor. I had to make an appt a month out because she was fully booked. That's fine, until they called a week before my appt to reschedule due to her needing to make hospital rounds!? I was booked for another appt a MONTH out again and was just called to have that one rescheduled for the exact same reason. When asking for another doctor they offered an appointment for, you guessed it, another month out, but told me it could be canceled too, due to the same reason. Not real sure what game this place is playing, but if you want to get in to see a doctor, find somewhere else.
Dr. Shah is thorough and kind. He explained things to me that my other cardiologist did not. The clinic was professional and we have had only good experiences.
