I tried calling his office in Tyler today to see when they would be able to fax his perspiration and application from doctor to a patient assistant program. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and tried to tell me it 4-6 weeks. We have been in this program for several years. I tried to explain to her that is not how that program works. She then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to an office manager then replied we don't have one and hung up. Then I called back 4 times and every time the phone was answered then immediately hung up. Then I called back again as my husband needs this medication to live and pressed a different extension and spoke with Deborah and she said there was no office manager that she worked the switch boad and could relay a message. Very unprofessional. Have never heard of an office not having someone in charge. I guess that's what happens when people are not held accountable. Hire an office manager
