Dr. Pachika has been a blessing for our family. My husband has had numerous cardiac events in the past 10 years, and is still around to tell his story thanks to this gifted doctor. Thank you doesn't come close to the gratitude we feel toward Dr. Pachika.

Dr Pachika mimself is always polite and answers questions. But 2 times we have been there for my mom and the nurse got her paperwork and another patients paperwork mixed up. Then I call today with what I think is a very important subject, and the lady who answers the phone was polite at first but then made the comment, "she didn't know why this was so difficult" when I asked if I could talk to a nurse since she couldn't answer my questions. I had 2 main questions I needed answered for tomorrow. Thinking I may move mom to a different Dr. Office.

Dr. Ajay Pachika and his staff were so rude to my mom when she went to their office for a problem she was having. My mom is a 70 year old woman that had a stroke in December of last year. He was her heart doctor. My mom went in there for having some pretty serious medical issues and the first thing the girl at the desk says, (after waiting while she finished her personal phone call) "Do you think you need an EKG?" My mom said, "I think that's your job or the doctor to let me know if I need an EKG." They did not even hook it up all the way, and was done within 2 minutes, no report printed out and they said you have "Afib". Sent her on her way for a $1,000 a month prescription. THEN, my mom calls back up there and tells the staff, (the same girl at the front desk) that the one medication was $1,000 for a month supply. The idiot at the front desk asked my mom "do you want to wait until your next appointment to talk to him about your medication (its a blood thinner pretty serious)"? Um Heck NO! My mom will not be back to these horrible people. They had my mom so upset it took her 2 days to get over it. She is now seeing another cardiologist. Also, my sister went up the office to get my moms medical records and the staff was rude as heck to her. UNACCETABLE.!

Everyone at ER are always sensitive and professional. Both are very important when you're dealing with ER situation. Our nurse, Cody, was especially wonderful!!
