I love the thorough care Dr. Memon provides. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain issues with plan of action. This time I went to the Spring office facing Interstate I-45 for a speedy appointment. Although their staff is also excellent, the parking lot in this facility seriously needs attention. The deteriorated concrete is hard on cars, and the designated parking space is also limited. I mention it with some hesitation, but this fine medical team & their patients deserve better:)

Dr. Memon is an extremely smart and knowledgeable doctor and I trust this man completely when it comes to my health. Now the cons, it is very hard to talk to someone in the office, they use a third party answering service and it seems the doctors office sometimes never gets back to you. Office staff is very friendly but often make booking appointment mistakes and don't own up to it, in my case I spoke to someone from his office one day before my appointment, spoke to the same person twice, both times I spoke to her she said "have a good day and we will see you tomorrow." I got there the next day for my appointment and the lady at the window told me my appointment has been moved. She went on to tell me how hard she tried to get a hold of me. In short, Dr. Memon is a great doctor and a very good man! The office needs to step it up, answer the phones and take blame when they know they have done wrong.
