Well organized! Desk personnel pleasant, patient & helpful! Dr Kantis makes one feel at "home"! Demonstrates interest in one's feelings, overall condition, explains ekg reading, verifies need for refills on meds! I've never felt rushed out of there. I'd give him 20 stars!
