The staff here are all wonderful! This was my first visit and I felt a lot of anxiety in the beginning but everyone who was involved in my care was so friendly and warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Guru Reddy and his staff at Digestive and Liver Disease Consultants, P.A. As a new patient, I was greeted with a professional and efficient front office staff. The wait time was reasonable and definitely worth it after meeting and communicating with Dr. Reddy. His quiet demeanor was refreshing as he listened intently to my concerns, and I never felt rushed to finish quickly as I have with other doctors. He recommended two necessary procedures, and I was able to schedule them both for the following week. His staff also called the day after to check on me.
Everyone was so professional and helpful when I first made the first appointment for Michael colonoscopy from the receptionist to the person that schedule my appointment and also Miss Juanita McLean oh my God she was very good. She helped me through everything. Thank you very much.
Kelly Lowe, my NP was on time and already familiar with my test results. The procedure review was very thorough and informative. Kelly had anticipated some of my questions about next steps for diet and food selections to help me deal with my condition. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with too. I visited Kelly at the Woodlands location. Overall, I could not be happier or feel better cared for from this visit. The nurse and office staff was courteous and helpful as well.
Dr Reddy is a great Doctor. He listens, works with me on my issues, explains things step by step, makes sure I understand even complex issues like the 2 cancers I was diagnosed with last year(2024). I am well and happy and healing now, thanks to Dr Reddy's quick response!
