Dr Lavergne's has been a good Dr for my husband for many years but, my only 3 star rating is due to the inability to get in touch with his office. I have called three times today, trying to ask a question, about a release for my husband to have foot surgery and each time I was told by an answering machine that it would be a twenty minute wait because there were either 18 or 19 calls ahead of me that had to be answered. That is unacceptable. The least they could do is take my name and number and tell me they would call me back in twenty minutes. Or hire more staff to answer your calls. Please let me hear from you. I had a nuclear stress test and ultrasound done on my heart. I was told I would get a call with the results.I called and the employee sheepishly said " we're still going over results. " I am told by a family member in the medical field that it doesn't take nearly 3 weeks to read medical results. At this point it seems like he just wants to get paid and keep it moving. The few good reviews he got must have been from his family.Tomorrow I will go there after I get a new Cardiologist and request that the results goes there. I don't want to hear no excuses. Save it cause I'm upset and what will come out my mouth won't be professional at all. THAT WILL ONLY ANGER ME TO EDIT THIS REVIEW FOR WHAT I REALLY WANT TO SAY. FOLKS DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND ANOTHER CARDIOLOGIST.

Dr LaVergne did vein ablation for Venus Reflux in my legs. The procedures he has done on my legs have reduced my pain significantly. The doctor and staff are very nice and I appreciate them for taking care of my legs and reducing my pain.
