I have been to the ER at Mainland twice in the past year, once for myself and once for my son. Both times, the ER nurses, doctors, and techs were fantastic. I have been to other ERs in the area and did not receive good care, Mainland is a gem. My son is non-verbal/autistic and required stitches. Everyone on the night crew in the ER went above and beyond to accomodate his special needs and to soothe my anxiety over the whole thing. And the doctor (Gonzales) did an AMAZING job in my son's stitches, despite him wiggling the whole time. I am truly impressed. Thank you all, again. I know how hard it is to juggle a heavy load but you all are top notch.

Professional customer service began when I received a call from Leslie informing me of my upcoming procedure. When I arrived I was greeted and registered by Margie, who is kind and helpful. After checking in, the health care staff, the orthopedic surgeon and the anesthesiologist were all customer service friendly. I felt very comfortable and experienced less stress and less nervousness than I expected because of the friendly demeanor and knowledge of all involved.

The absolute worst hospital I have ever had a surgery at!
Nurses all but maybe five of them are downright nasty. People treat you like crap.
I requested a patient advocate and never Got one, I started crying because one nurse made it very obvious that she was annoyed by my third call trying to get in touch with my nurse because I had just had surgery. I feel like I gotta throw up and I've got to use the restroom, but I have an IV attached to me
I do plan to make a formal complaint now that I'm out of the hospital And name every Nurse that was rude and disrespectful.

I had a recent visit to mainland for my medical needs. RN Lisa and Abriana were absolutely amazing. Dr Radwan was excellent and explained my results to me in a way that I could understand. Ct and ultrasound tech. Jarren and Toni were amazing. I would definitely come back to Mainland for all of my needs.
