I've been treated poorly! The staff is too busy & Dr. Hayes obviously has a larger practice than his staff can handle! My mother hasn't been prescribed the same dosage of medicine that she had during her rehabilitation stay. I've tried to get this straightened out for over a month. The nurse won't return my calls. Finally, I went to the office in person to no avail! I keep calling but Monday, Dec. 4th was the final straw; we will be going elsewhere for further treatment!
Dr Hurley is gold standard. Treats the person. Best personality. stays on the leading edge of cardiology., but does what's best for his patient. He's the best
Was taken to my appt. promptly on time, with no reception wait time. Lillian, my nurse was friendly and made me feel relaxed. Dr. Hale listened to me and gave me all the time I needed to come to a decision about my problem and treatment.
