Dr. Baptiste is truly amazing. I have waited to give this review for over a year, I would highly recommend him. He took time with my wife and I to answer our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Dr Baptiste performed a lobectomy and surgery to post surgical care was excellent and his entire staff was very professional

I do not recommend Dr Reginald Baptiste at Christus St Michael's. My dad was taken in with severe chest pains and shortness of breath. He was in the hospital for a week with them doing minimal testing a day. The final conclusion was my dad needed open heart surgery. Dr Baptiste which is supposed to be a really good doctor had the nerve to come into my dad's hospital room and told us that he wasn't going to do the surgery because it was too risky might as well just go home. I understand that any surgery is risky and I can understand telling someone that it's just too risky for him to it, BUT you don't come in and tell someone to just go home. Thankfully I found a surgeon that did the surgery and it was a success, but it definitely was not because of Dr Baptiste saving his life.

Everyone from beginning to the ending of my Dad's heart valve replacement were wonderful. We love Dr. Baptiste
