I changed a couple of doctors within my insurance network but now I've been seeing Dr.Patel for over a year and needless to say the search is over! She has bedside manner and she Listens to all my health concerns she's very professional I would recommend her to anyone .

If I could put zero stars I would. I've been up there on 3 separate occasions for my low BP and nothing at all has been done outside of basic labs. They were normal so they wouldn't do anything. Then I was told it's low because I'm small so I explained how i collapsed in my kitchen one day it was so low and I've asked 3 times for a referral, was told it was sent and I called the office it was supposedly sent to they never got it. So I called the nurse back and told her and she got an attitude with me saying "it was sent". This has been ongoing for over a month. For LOW BLOOD PRESSURE.I was even questioned about whether it was REALLY that low or not.
Anyone needing a Family doctor- should go see Dr. Patel. Best doctor in Texarkana TX.
