I love his professional care for my health. Plus time he takes for any questions or concerns I might have. Always dose labs or test needed or i might feel needed in my concerns for my health. He's an excellent PCC has been mine and several of my family members science he has came to Texarkana. Always every kind to us and there for us in our time of need. When I get on my chart with concerns he replies in a timely manner or one of his nurses dose for him. I can call and talk to his nursing staff and also they get right to him and back to me with what I need .

We have used Dr. Ramage for about 2 years and love him. Our Cardiologist recommended him to us. However, we have recently encountered a situation that has prompted us to look for another provider. I called for a prescription to be renewed and was told I could do it on line. I explained that we dont have a computer and I am not computer smart. I struggle for 45 minutes to do what I can do on the phone in 5. I was told that I better learn because that was going to be the only way I could get refills in the near future. The tone I was told in was not professional. What is the older generation and those that dont have computors suppose to do? I hate changing doctors but I dont have a choice. This is why I rate a 4 star.

I always get excellent care from this doctor. He takes time to listen, evaluate, and provide treatment options that I trust. I also get very good feedback on test results. His office staff is always friendly and efficient.

Doctor Ramage is the only doctor I've ever been to that actually listened to me. He didn't rush me, and made sure to give me his attention while I was voicing my concerns. He didn't brush off anything I told him and let me know he would go through all the steps to get me back where I need to be. Truly he is amazing and I would recommend him to everyone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ramage now going on 4 years or so. I feel very comfortable with him. He always takes time to listen to my concerns, takes the necessary steps to assure me that everything is being done so that the best outcome for me and my health are very manageable and first.
