Arkansas Heart Hospital Clinic

Was referred her by my doctor over a week ago. Hadn't heard from them so I called. Was informed my referral was still processing. Aetna says I don't need a referral. So what's processing? The appointment lady told me to call back in a week. No, I either need to be seen or I don't. Haven't even set foot in the door and the frustration is strong. Is there a secret code of password you have to use to get an appointment? Update: I just received a phone call from a very nice gentleman with Arkansas Heart Hospital. He listened to the problems I had today He was patient and kind. I appreciate him more than I can say. I now have an appointment.

Always take good care of me. Staff is courteous and quick. I highly recommend Dr. Lane and Dr. Beau.

I have called seven times to cancel my appointment. My girlfriend has called nine times they keep hanging up on us and refusing to take our call so tomorrow they're gonna charge us $100 for not canceling our appointment. This place is a scam and needs to be shut down I am reporting it to the Better Business Bureau Or whoever I'll have to report it to

Poor customer service I literally sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting on someone to pick up my call. No one ever picked up the call at the Texarkana office. Front desk does not even pay attention to patient's questions. Instead of asking the doctor they just tell you yes all of your medication has been called in when in fact it has not.

Today was my first appointment and I was completely freaked out about it thinking about heart issues. Once I got to the back my anxiety was out of control and I had to leave and reschedule but Amber Jurek came in and was so nice, completely understanding, comforting, and patient with me. I would definitely go here when it comes to something so important as your heart. Great staff, most definitely
