I had a wonderful experience here. Doctors and nurses were all amazing and made sure I was taken care of. I could not say better about this place, they truly do care for your well being.

Had a procedure in Dec and had 4 follow-up appointments scheduled and canceled. Haven't had a follow-up in 7 months on a Heart issue, 7 months !!!! . Last one. did on-line check in and paid after 4 text messages about the appointment, only to have it canceled at 7am the morning of the appointment. they keep the money until next appointment... no refund... joke of an operation

Husband had an appt at 2:45 today. Had not received a call for confirmation so we tried calling, no answer as it has been for the last year! No way to reach office at all! So, we drive the 25 miles to appt with Dr Mandell get to check in the receptionist informs my husband they are now with Baylor and don't accept our insurance any longer! This has to be the most unprofessional group of Dr's my husband and I have ever been to. Find another cardiologist not affiliated with these!

The staff here are some of the most caring people Ive met and will genuinely take care of you to ensure peak healthiness. The same thing goes for the doctors who provide some of the best thorough care around!

Very professional, staff, and very polite. The nurses PA's & Dr's make a point of explaining everything to you, and being sure you understand, they want to answer all your questions. We're very pleased with this group of Heart specialists.
