Patient
The staff is not friendly at all. I came in twice with my dad. The first time was for a procedure and the staff failed to let us know the procedure has not been approved by insurance. We got there that morning and waited for hours only to be told it had to be rescheduled bc they were still waiting for the insurance to approve it. The second time I come in with my dad and the lady in the front desk just has an attitude and acts like I'm bothering her. I told her I was there to check my dad in and she goes let me give you the paperwork. I asked her what paperwork since my dad has been in the office before. She then tells me that their policy is to only allow the patient in the room without caregiver. My dad is 73 and just got out of the hospital. I am his caregiver and take care of Everything. I said ok and sit in the lobby with my dad. To my surprise they call a woman patient in and the nurse let her walk in with a younger woman that was with her. At that point I immediately got frustrated and requested to speak to management. This is a cardiology office. They shouldn't make it so difficult for cardiology patients who already go through so much. So disappointing
