Reddy Cardiac Wellness & Diabetes Reversal Center

I visited Dr Reddy about 6 years ago. I didn't like the experience so I didn't return. The problem is that they want money to review your labs which you have to pull tooth to get. When you call the office you would be passed around and eventually told they don't know what you are talking about. They never deliver lab results and you're left hanging. No tral patient care here. Don't waste your time Just 3 weeks ago I got a bill from them from a service supposedly delivered last year. When I called I was told the bill was not from them. It has their name, logo and address but they said it was not from their office. Yesterday I got the bill again My husband visited him six months ago against my advice and still waiting get his lab results. Whenever he calls he's told to come in. He goes there and waits until he's tired and returns home. This is not patient care

I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication and professionalism at Dr. Reddy's office. A new prescription was called in for my mother, who has chronic health issues, even though she has not had an appointment with Dr. Reddy in over six months. We were not notified or consulted about this prescription change, which raises serious concerns about the quality of care. Additionally, the nurses' station does not take calls, even in urgent situations, making it nearly impossible to get through. When I reached out to the front desk for clarification, they were unhelpful and did not provide any explanation for the prescription change. This level of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with critical health matters. I hope this issue is addressed, as this experience has shaken my confidence in the care my mother is receiving.

Dr. Reddy's office was able to accommodate us at the last minute on a Friday. The entire staff had a good attitude and treated us courteously and in a friendly manner, given how stressed we were wondering what underlying heart issues she might have. They performed the entire work-up the SAME DAY. Sure, we had to wait but each staff member took their time explaining things to us thoroughly and answering all our questions. They were even kind enough to offer us some nutrition as we had skipped lunch to be there for the tests. We also appreciated the holistic approach Dr. Reddy took in his recommendations. My mother has been following up with him regularly and appreciates his care. I would highly recommend Dr. Reddy and his team as they seem devoted to helping their patients lead healthy lives.

I have never had a doctor give me a more thorough exam in his office, or spend so much time to explain the results and answer all my questions. Dr. Reddy genuinely cares about his patients. His technicians and office staff are first rate as well. They have worked with Dr. Reddy for many years. That, in itself, is the sign of an efficient, well run organization. Reddy Cardiology was highly recommended to me by my primary care physician. I likewise highly recommend this facility to my family and friends.

Dr. Reddy is a wonderful doctor. Contrary to a comment posted here, I never felt that Dr. Reddy was concerned about money. He showed great concern and compassion for my parents and my daughter when caring for them. He took time to carefully review all the test results and answer all of our questions which is why there may be a little bit of wait time for his appointments. I would rather have a doctor that takes the time to explain things to me then a doctor that rushes through his patients. I trust Dr. Reddy with the care of anyone in my family. He has a heart of gold.
