WAITING TIME: 1.5 HOURS AFTER APPOINTMENT START. HE IS ALWAYS LATE CHATTING WITH SOME FRIEND/patient OF HIS. He is also NOT a knowledgeable doctor, he is COMPLETELY UNAWARE of modern clinical medicine & prescribing guidelines. He literally doesn't understand basic medical school stuff such as medication contraindications( he has to google medicines that you tell him about). He's a nice guy and friendly but he is just super unprofessional and severely lacking in knowledge. HE is basically showing up to work everyday for his paycheck and just wants to relax he wants to live a lowkey life without stress and only treats very simple things : he has absolutely no concern about his patients given the way he handles care. He is extremely reluctant to prescribe anything you ask him because he only prescribes something that he truly believes in and will never listen to what you ask him. Basically he is very uncooperative in listening to you and will not help you. He is too relaxed and not serious

Worst experience although the reception staff was good but the doctor was highly unprofessional Kept on targeting my insurance when hes not supposed to discuss all this .. wasn't giving me the right referrals rather was giving me excuses come Again so i have to pay copay everytime i walk in so lazy

I have been a patient of Dr Amir Ali for 8-9 years. Have no issues with the doctor however the staff is rude, I was standing at the window for 5 mins until finally she must have gathered enough energy to speak with me. Later I asked her a question about wait time and was she was very rude about it and said go see another doctor if you want. This is last thing I want to hear from my doctors office in time of need and unprofessional. Luckily this wasn't a concerning visit and just a annual check up. Also the lobby is a bit small and was already filled with 5 people which sort of made it impossible to social distance

My experience with Dr Ali was so bad. First time I went to him with severe pain and severe swallowing and breathing problems with proper prior appointment , he didn't care or even to listen to me or care me. Only one thing he told me is to take another appointment and come back. I am a 100 percent disabled senior with Medic care A, B and D. Since I am new in Texas and I knew no other doctor I called his office again and got appointment 2nd time. I went there for my 1.30 appointment. Alis secretary told me that the doctor had an emergency and gone. I asked the secretary that she could have called and let me know. At fist she told me that she called. Then she said she don't have my number. She didn't let sit in the office and make a call for my ride home. He is not a doctor. He is an animal. I Rate him zero. So unprofessional and unethical. He should be barred from practicing medicine.

3.5 stars for reviews speaks for itself. There are better doctors out there. The doctor rushed us and spoke to us in a demanding and serious tone which made us feel uncomfortable. Then he went outside of the room and told us that the time is over and disappears. We wanted to ask him one more question and he wouldn't even answer and completely ignored us. Definitely not the way to treat your patients and customers. Not going back there again. Patients deserve better.
