While working for an orthopedic surgeon I have had to send Numerous patients to Dr Reddy for a cardiac clearance needed Immediately for emergency surgeries, I can not even begin to tell you All the lives this man has saved!!! He is The most amazing, intelligent, beautiful person you will ever meet! If Dr. Reddy had to move his practice 4 to 5 hours away from me I would travel to come see him! I trust my family's life & my life to this man.
I have been going to Dr Reddy for over 8 years. He is the sweetest Dr. I have ever seen. I would never change.
At first I loved coming to Dr Reddy but now that I've gotten worse and my health has deteriorated he keeps telling me I'm fine .
I was at his office 10 days back . After we walked into the office they told us dr is on vacation and you will be seen by nurse who will write down your tests , and all the tests will be done in office . I waited for 2 months to get the cardiologist appointment so decided to go ahead and get tested . They don't explain anything about the tests till we ask .and it took us 6 hours total... seeing nurse , tests and finally have to return home with no test results . They say the dr will call us back on Monday .. no call came . After finally reaching a live person on phone , after all the automation , she very carelessly says , you get call next wk . Then i said what if some thing is wrong .. says the technician will call , I call on wednesday , and they say next week dr will call . That amounts to more than two weeks to deliver test results as the Dr is on vacation. They say the technician tells you if its an emergency and the NP writes tests who is also your point of interaction and then hands the report to Dr why do we need this dr ? .. just to deliver results ? A radiologist can do that also if you can get it done outside . Patient care is totally missing plus no regret and no apologies ..
Awful experience. I was not told I could fill out health record and ended up wasting 35 min. on my 1st visit. After spending 2 hrs. there I was told they were out of the meds for my test. I had to re-schedule. My next visit was 5 hrs. long with a lot of wasted time in between tests. Then waited an hour waiting to talk to the Dr. on a video chat. I would not recommend this Dr.
