My mother went to his practice in 2013.. after surviving her widow maker heart attack he told her she had 5 years left (nope, still alive 13 years later) and didn't tell her she had more blockages in her heart when she informed him of her upcoming flight. This resulted in a stroke, which has left some long-lasting health effects. Terrible doctor. To Avoid!
They're very slow, unless you're ready to wait forever. This is my second visit and I'm changing Dr. I think they should schedule lesser patients, not filling up all the gap/time thereby making people to wait for hours. Staffs also behave as if there's no big deal waiting, they're quick to collect copay. I waited for more than 2hrs and they make me canceled my other appointments.They should work on the number of people they see on daily basis. People have other business to take care of & not to sit at a place for hours doing nothing. Very unsatisfied!!
Pleasant first visit for me and my husband. Dr.Ty gives detailed explanations especially needed treatment.
Pls don't go here the Asian receptionist is super sweet I got bought by her but that's it the rest are hyenas. Never forward reports to my pcp, on nov 1st I went to get my reports from September 17, they said there was a mistake and they have to fix it. Yet they scheduled me for another procedure. I canceled it after realizing things that did not add up. Save yourself don't let them make you their bread and butter. Hours of waiting before they call you in. Even though they give you a date and time to come in. There is much more to say but will stop at this.
Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Gave us wrong time for the test and made us come early in the morning and then said we cant do the test until afternoon. Highly disappointed! Waste of time and money
