CLS Health: Primary Care Providers - Sugar Land

The doctor isn't here, the nurse isn't either, nobody is taking responsibility for the shoddy work, this place is a disgrace. I've been waiting for over a month for my referral for the imaging test I need, even though I paid for my appointment and took the day off to see Dr. Khan in person. Every week I call asking for my documents, but it's all in vain. And now they send an email saying I have to see another doctor because the doctor no longer works there. What a lack of respect! Why should I have to pay again for another doctor to order my tests, when I should have had them almost two months ago? How can they play with patients' health in this way?

I was scheduled for appointment with Dr. Bushra khan at 2:30 pm today. I arrived at 2:20 and paid my copay at 2:21 pm. The nurse checked my BP, temperature etc in next 5 minutes and told me that the doctor will be with me shortly. I continued waiting for 1 hour and then asked desk assistant if the doctor is informed cos I'm waiting exactly for last 1 hrs. She said that the doctor just finished with other patient and I'm next and told me that she can reschedule me if I want. Very poor time management.

My first time there and had nerve test done and the guy Mason M of neurology dept was very rude, impatient, too serious and agitated with me. How can you be irritated with a patient if they are nervous about doing a test like that?? Please hire people with compassion

Great experience with the staff as well as the nurse practictioners at the CLS location in Sugar Land, Texas. The staff is attentive and caring and will answer all your questions. My nurse practitioner is now my primary care doctor and can address all my needs in one place. I like that!

My insurance required a change in pharmacy, and the necessary paperwork was sent to Dr. Khan for signature. Although her office received the information, the completed paperwork was never faxed to my new pharmacy. As a result, I am now over two months behind on my MS infusions. Despite multiple calls and being told the issue is marked "urgent," no action or follow-up has occurred. This delay is unacceptable and poses a risk to my health. I did not experience these issues prior to Dr. Khan's move to the Sugar Land location.
