Not impressed. Got here with my mom 15 minutes before her appointment. Communication wasn't clear the entire visit. After they ran tests we sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. Pretty sure they either forgot about us OR the doctor wasn't planning on seeing my mom at all today just run tests. Again very unclear communication the whole time. Almost 3 hours for a few tests is crazy

She is a horrible cardiologist...she will do testing and never read the test and months and maybe a year or longer to get your results. She doesn't pay her staff or the doctors that have worked for her in the past while under North Houston Family Medicine. Go see a real cardiologist that is not all about the collect from you and your insurance. She will make you wait hours to see her while she eats and talk on the phone im her office and not reviewing your records as she says she is. She doesn't pay the rent that's the office is often relocated

Very unprofessional staff! We've been asking for our medical records for the past 4 months and they have not send them to our new doctor. Dr. Varughese is a good doctor but always leans to using Eastern medicines that are not covered by Insurance and have to pay out of pocket. One of these pills almost put my wife in a diabetic coma, it dropped her sugar into the 40s!!!

I cannot stress enough, do not go to this Dr. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have been waiting for weeks to get the results to all the test she ordered. 11 vials of blood taken, CT, ultrasounds, ANS testing, EKG. I made an appt 4/21 at 9 am. The girl who made the appt for me said she wont be there on time, sure enough 10:15 am she arrives and I was not able to see her. Be sure to read the other reviews before going there.

The whole process of dealing with this Doctor and her staff is time consuming and complicated. The wait times are extremely long. For a working mother three plus hours for an appointment is unacceptable. She then says it's because she is reviewing records. After telling me she wanted to put me on medication on a Friday evening after hours because I had to leave to get back to work and could not continue to wait in her office earlier in the day. A staff member was supposed to follow up with me the following Monday. Several days went by without a call. I reached out for weeks and got the runaround. Here I am 2 months later still no medication and feeling like the time I spent doing all the testing she ordered was wasted. They didn't seem to care about the patients or health issues that they may have it seems to be more about billing the insurance and taking on as many people as they can. I then did research on the Doctor to find out she has a reputation for doing this exact thing. So here I am looking for a new Doctor to start this whole process over again since it was a complete waste of my time.
