Dr. Divya Muthappa

Dr. Muthappa is absolutely WONDERFUL and Im so glad to have her as my doctor again! I was a patient of hers a few years ago, back when her office was in Boerne. Once i moved nearby, so did her practice. There was no question about how swiftly i switched back! No regrets, ever! She listens and is always wanting to help me through my stomach issues, and anything else that may come up. Good, attentive physicians are becoming more rare each year. She comes HIGHLY recommended in my book! Thank you Dr. Muthappa, you're my number 1, always!

My husband is a drug rep so he knows all the docs in town and he recommended I start going to Dr. Muthappa. She is absolutely the best! She takes her time to truly hear your concerns which is super hard to find these days. I feel like she really cares and is just the absolute sweetest person. I am so thankful that I found her!

Dr Muthappa seems like a nice person but her office manager is a lazy, rude person. She won't process prescription refills and never works on referrals. My determologist sent her a referral and a month later she hadn't even started working on it. Then she told me that they didn't send it to her. A few months later the same thing happened with my pain doctor.... Referral was sent and she didn't do anything so I lost my appointment for a procedure.... Again she said she didn't get it. On top of that she called my pain doctors staff and threatened to get them fired for not doing their job. Dr Muthappa won't do anything about her actions so I blame her and want everyone to know how sorry their operation is!!!!!!!!

Dr. Muthappa is super attentive, kind, and takes her time to listen to you. She's a little more "holistic" than other doctors in that she understands the importance of nutrition and overall health - she has worked well with my nutritionist. The other thing I LOVE about her is that if I need to see a doctor right away, her office goes out of their way to make that happen or at least find out what I need. they also do their own testing (blood work, etc.) there in the office, so it saves you a lot of time and don't have to run to other clinics to get everything done.

Moved to Boerne not long ago, and was searching for a new primary care internist. I found her today! Dr. Divya Muthappa. I am so impressed with her knowledge and personality. I would highly recommend her . She listens and truly cares. She is great!! .
