Valora Medical Group Southlake

I have been going here for many many many years. I have to get a shout out to Kim, medical assistant, who gave me my shot. I thought I would feel something and she was done when I thought she hadn't started yet. Very gentle, very professional. I also have to give a shout out to Uzma, the lab technician who drew my blood. Again, I felt nothing and she took three vials. The Care I get here is professional, thorough, and they are never in a hurry; Answer every question. And Elizabeth Beasley, nurse practitioner, is the best one I have ever had. She is extremely caring and thorough.

After going to this doctor office for nearly 30 years, it's gone down hill gradually over time, especially ever since Valora Medical Group took over. I've finally decided to move on to another pimary care provider. Two big issues, 1) Revenue over patient care, you are now just a number to them, they've lost that personal touch, they are now more focused on how they can provide you more care in order to grow revenue, vs. what is doing what is best for the patient. 2) I recently changed my insurance, which they confirmed over the phone all is good, only to find out after fighting traffic for over an hour to arrive for my appointment, to find out my new insurance is not accepted. Very frusterating experinece. I recommend going to anothor primary care provider, mainly for reason #1 above.

It is deeply disappointing that Valora Medical Group does not value the relationship between patients and their doctors. My wife and I were committed to this practice long before it was acquired by Valora Medical Group. During the time, we were fortunate to have two exceptional and compassionate physicians, Dr. Drake and Dr. Bhatti. Any patient who was cared for by these doctors would agree that they truly listened, showed genuine concern, and were willing to spend the necessary time with their patients. Unfortunately, Valora Medical Group now seems to operate with an assembly-line mentality. Patients are ushered into exam rooms, while doctors are pressured to watch the clock so the "line" does not fall behind. This approach undermines quality care and the trust built between doctor and patient. It is truly sad that this is now the reality under Valora Medical Group. I look forward to their response to this comment. I am extremely disappointed that I am once again forced to start over with a new doctor. This situation is unacceptable for this practice or any other practices that are following this plateform of care.

Love this doctor's office! I never have a long wait and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Bhatti is a great listener and makes sure I'm healthy and well! My purpose for this review is to give Charlette at the front some praise! She's friendly, cares about the patients and is very patient with helping get appointments scheduled. Her professionalism is next level! Thank you for all your help this morning, Charlette! If her supervisor is reading this, she deserves a raise and a promotion!

I love this place and I recommend it to everyone. The doctors always get you taken care of and communicate really well. Charlotte and the rest of the admin ladies are always so kind and helpful.
