Dr. Patricia Allamon remains one of the most outstanding primary care physicians I've ever known. Her empathy, responsiveness, and dedication to patient advocacy are second to none. She has been my trusted physician for many years, and I plan to follow her wherever she continues her practice, whether online or with another organization.
Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the ownership and administration of Physicians Group of The Woodlands have been profoundly disappointing. In the past two weeks, I was contacted in a manner that felt unprofessional and intimidating regarding a so-called "cognitive exam" from "BrainCheck Inc, by Savii Health" that arrived by email without context, explanation, or verification. When I proceeded to raise reasonable concerns, I was treated with contempt by the owner's wife, who called me in a highly unprofessional manner. Her contempt for my concern and shouting at me while denying anything was wrong with the test made me feel dismissed and unwelcome as a patient. This communication I received from a member of ownership was unprofessional and deeply inappropriate for a medical setting. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that Dr. Allamon had resigned, reportedly after defending patient rights and questioning the same administrative decisions that had raised my concerns. I have every confidence in Dr. Allamon's professionalism and integrity, and I believe her departure underscores systemic issues within the ownership and management of this practice.
It speaks volumes that a physician of her caliber and exceptional integrity chose to leave. Patients deserve to be treated with honesty, professionalism, and basic courtesy, and those qualities were not reflected in my interactions with the current management.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Allamon to anyone seeking a compassionate, competent physician.
Patients deserve clarity, privacy, and basic respect from their healthcare providers. The handling of this situation fell well below any reasonable professional standard. I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone in its present form.

Dr. Patricia Allamon - 5/5
I was seen by Dr. Allamon this week and have nothing but amazing things to say about our visit. I felt instantly at ease with Dr. Allamon, which is very important to me. I look forward to partnering with Dr. Allamon to maintain and optimize my health for years to come. I can't describe how amazing it feels to have finally found the physician I've been wishing for. Leaving 2 stars because I didn't really care for the office vibe. If I recall correctly, there were about 6 admin employees behind the reception desk. There is no sound barrier to prevent their chatter from spilling into the waiting room. I feel for the scheduling lady...she was calling what seemed to be endless patients to remind them to fill out the online paperwork. If I'm being honest it was annoying sitting there listening to her repeat that script over and over. Get that poor woman a cubicle! So yeah, Dr. Allamon is what's up - I'd recommend her to anyone without hesitation. The practice in general, I'm a meh.

For a comprehensive annual checkup with an M.D., I guarantee I would have experienced more interpersonal attention from a total stranger than what I received from the doctor. Does that sound harsh? It is intended to do so. The appointment began more than one hour late, to begin with. There were no indications that the doctor had reviewed any of the intensive forms that I completed before the appointment. The time slot was meant for 30 minutes...what a joke. This doctor had no more interest in me and my health than the "man in the moon", to quote the popular phrase. I would think that, having been a patient of the facility for more than 25 years, there would be some interest in my welfare. Just to note, this was a new doctor to me; my doctor, sadly, passed away over two years ago. I will say this: Dr. Cos would never have been focused on his laptop, typing and reading, while I was speaking. Dr. Cos made eye contact and focused his attention on me, the patient. It is clear that this doctor is mostly interested in the mechanics of the appointment, not the patient.

The staff shows empathy and care! They listen to the person and not just labs! I love this primary care! I have been with them way over a decade along with Grandmother, father, aunt, sister and daughter! We are committed and so are they! Lyndsay and Dr. Paschalis are the best! Their staff is amazing! It's not just symptom treatment-it's whole body inclusive treatment with emphasis on life improvement!

Kelsea kill is an amazing Dr. allows on time, ready to figure out what is going on and go over every option available. It's always a pleasure to see her. The office staff at the front and the back are alway very helpful and knowledgeable. Could not ask for a better primary Dr.
