The facility itself is a nice building with several floors and many staff. Most are friendly and professional. The new radiologist is concerning because he will take two pictures for each order instead of one like all my other past radiologists were able to achieve on the same exact doctor orders. This is double exposure to radiation and we all know that radiation is serious. Another thing I've noticed are serious pharmacy problems. Though the staff is mostly nice and professional at this pharmacy, they will be low on the supplies you critically need. Imagine leaving your doctor appointment and the pharmacist here says you have to come back on another day because they're out of stock and will have to order the critical medicine. That's an extra drive to and from on a delayed date, during your already flexed schedule. That's what happens here. It's almost like Kelsey Seybold is trying to do too much but they're not really great at most of it. This has a bad impact on patients like me. Another example is many of their doctor facilities like that in Springwoods Village will make you go there for an appt, yet not have a pharmacy, so then you have to drive to another city like this Vision Park location in Shenandoah, because they actually have a pharmacy which is a must, do to insurance prices. You will spend hours going to an available doctor in one Kelsey location , then driving in dangerous traffic on I-45 on the way to another facility like this one at 106 Vision Park, to get the meds your doctor at the other location prescribed you. Again, if you need a radiologist, I would try to look elsewhere due to poor practices.

This review is specifically about a pediatric physician at the Kelsey Seybold Woodlands location. I would NOT recommend DR. MELANIE RIBBECK to anyone in the community. Poor bedside manner, judging demeanor, condescending remarks, and fear mongering behavior. A physicians job is to provide education (which she did) but then respect when a patient respectfully declines. You don't have to agree with every choice a patient makes, but you do have to be respectful. My encounter with her is the exact example of why people lose trust in providers. Thankfully she is not my child's primary provider. We will NOT be seeing her again. Just a reminder to all, you don't owe any provider an explanation nor do they need to know your background, education level, etc.

There was no wait time when I arrived for my appointment today. Mrs. Garner is amazing. She is so kind. She listened carefully and gave me a chance to ask questions during my Well Woman Checkup. I am happy I went to see her today. Thank you so much! The nurse was also gentle and caring.

Dr Dural is very kind and gave me new ideas to exercise in water and out and demonstrating to me . Very helpful. I liked her 3 yrs ago and decided to go back when I had new issues she had hip X-rays done and sent me results already. Thank you Dr Dural and your Assistant was very kind also.
