I made and went to an appointment months ago to retrieve medical records and was told they'd be sent to me. Week later: nothing. Called them and they said another week. Week and a half later: still nothing. Called again, they didn't answer. Mind you, I informed them that I needed these for school. Left a message. Two weeks later: Still nothing. Left another message. Repeated this for three months now and am starting school in less than a week and can't get my physical requirements waived due to not having proof of my disability. This is college, mind you, so I'm about to have to pay to take a class that I'm going to fail due to lack of participation.

Dr. Siddiqui Has been amazing for the past two years I have been seeing her. She dx me and I glad I was able to get a dx from her. I have now moved to California and have once year visits with her. She always has her best interest with my concerns. She let me know even though I now live so far away and only come back once a year that she will help me with the best she can. And she has done that. She is an amazing provider. I'm happy to be in her care.

The billing lady, Gloria is so disorganized. She billed me November for my remote monitoring of my device and said I didn't have insurance . I told her I did and I'm not going to pay if I'm not in agreement, cause I have proof of insurance and she was so nasty. and said "you just don't want to pay." She said she was going to talk to the doctor for me not to come back. She does not know how to talk to patients and is very rude. I called my insurance when I got home and they said they had no data of her ever calling or submitting that claim and they confirmed I did have insurance. It's a shame cause I like Dr. Sidiqqui the doctor but don't think i'll be returning here.

Dr. Siddiqui is great ! She is very attentive with her patients and cares! Office manager Gloria, is very unprofessional, couldn't explain my bill properly and gives such a bad attitude. When you walk into the office the front desk window is always closed, not inviting or welcoming at all. If it wasn't for the doctor, I would choose not to come here.

The staff is a key element to the care team: if the office staff does not answer the phone for days, if they do not return calls ever after messages are left, patients cannot make appointments. Simply ridiculous how poor the customer service is at this practice.
